Twinned Towns
Many towns and cities around the world have established twinning relationships that celebrate friendship, cultural exchange and international understanding. Beyond Borders aims to build on these connections by creating opportunities for children within twinned communities to share their stories, artwork and experiences with one another through a professionally published anthology.
By encouraging schools in twinned towns and cities to take part together, we hope to strengthen existing international relationships while inspiring children to discover different cultures, celebrate what makes their communities unique and recognise the values they share. Every story becomes a bridge, helping young people connect across borders through creativity and imagination.
